We are pleased to welcome you and your family to our office, and we look forward to working with you. We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs.
Our experienced and talented team is committed to working with you and your family to create a rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.
Welcome! I am the receptionist at Dr. Keim’s orthodontic office. I have worked part-time for Dr. Keim since 1992 and have enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. Over the years, I have had a chance to build lasting relationships with many of our orthodontic families. My children always comment that no matter where we go, there is an orthodontic patient I know and a smile to share. I love that we have patients who now have children old enough to start orthodontics, and chose to come back here because of their positive experience years ago.
I have been married for more than 25 years to my husband Dennis and have three children: Nick, Laura, and Charlie. I love living in North Dakota — nothing better than four seasons! I love going to the lake in the summer and following our kids’ activities. We live in the Kindred School District and love small-town living!
New Patient Coordinator and Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Donette. I have worked for Dr. Keim since 1988. I am a dental assistant and clinical coordinator. In my many years of working here, I’ve loved building lasting relationships with our patients and parents and seeing the beautiful smiles we create in the process. I feel fortunate to work with a wonderful team that believes in having fun at work and providing excellent patient care. I enjoy working with a doctor who believes in doing quality work and whose personality makes it easy to come to work every day.
My husband Keith and I live in West Fargo. We have three daughters — Whitney, Hayley, and Courtney — and two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy shopping (TJ Maxx!), decorating, container gardening, and spending time with family!
Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Tonya and I have worked for Dr. Keim since 1988. Getting to know our patients, making them feel comfortable, and seeing the great smiles we create is very gratifying. Our office is a fun environment and we deliver the highest quality of care. Dr. Keim, my team members, and our patients make coming to work enjoyable.
My husband Scott and I have three children — Lane, Brooklyn, and Hope — who all have amazing smiles thanks to Dr. Keim! We also have a dog, Summit, and a cat, Dakota. I love cheering for my daughter and her teammates at their cross-country and track meets. I also enjoy shopping, going to the lake with family, and watching the Minnesota Vikings.
Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Brenda and I have worked as a dental assistant since 1991 and for Dr. Keim since 1999. As someone who had a great experience with my own braces, I want all of our patients to have the same. I try to explain all procedures before I do them, with a focus on my patients’ comfort. Dr. Keim has an easygoing personality; you can tell he loves what he does and is very good at it.
My husband Brian and I have two amazing daughters who have awesome smiles, thanks to Dr. Keim, as well as a son-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren. We love to barbecue using our Traeger, we watch football, do gardening (salsa is our specialty), and spend time with family and friends. Lastly, we love to vacation to Cabo if our busy life allows.
Orthodontic Dental Assistant
I have worked for Dr. Keim since 2004 and graduated from dental assisting school in 1996. Before moving back to North Dakota, I worked for an orthodontist in Texas for seven years. It is my goal to make our patients feel at ease during their visits with us. I love meeting new patients and seeing their joy when they complete their treatment and the braces come off!
I live in West Fargo with my husband Joe and daughter Abbey. We have two dogs, Sam and Rocky. My family and I love to travel and go to concerts. When I’m not working, I love to knit and watch movies and classic TV shows.
Lab Technician / Orthodontic Dental Assistant
I have been at Dr. Keim’s orthodontic office since 1987 and a dental assistant since 1983 when I graduated from Wahpeton State College of Science. I am the lab coordinator/orthodontic dental assistant at the office. Using my creative side to fabricate all the appliances and retainers for the office has been my expertise. I love seeing the amazing results that we all help to create for our patients.
My husband and I have three married daughters and one son with beautiful smiles, thanks to Keim Orthodontics, three sons-in-law, and two wonderful grandchildren. I love going to the family cabin at the lakes, riding motorcycles, flower gardening, and hiking.
After working here in 1999 as an orthodontic dental assistant, I took time off to be a stay-at-home mom and went back to school. I returned to the office in 2014 as the financial and insurance coordinator. Getting a chance to be back with the same girls is a real treat! I file the insurance claims and work with families on payment schedules. I can also be found up front helping to schedule appointments. Getting to know the families and helping them decode insurance and create payment plans is very rewarding. I truly feel blessed that I am able to work with people I consider my family.
I have three wonderful children — Ethan, Anna, and Alex — who are involved in a range of sport all of which I love to attend. We also have a dog and one very elderly cat. I enjoy anything active: bowling, softball, lake time, biking, hiking, and warm weather. I am very involved in my children’s school and church activities.
